We are raising funds to help support families coping with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other chronic illnesses across the Midlands.  In SC, there are over 770,000 family members providing unpaid care to someone they know.  This type of caregiving takes 10 years off one’s life! 

The only resource of its kind in SC, Leeza’s Care Connection is the first place to go when chronic illness changes everything.  With your help, we can continue to help families navigate their caregiving journey in an environment of encouragement and empowerment, creating better outcomes for the caregiver and their loved one.
